Facilitation
Jeff Walsh was amazing. He got everyone focused, energized and ready at the beginning of each session. He did this extremely well. It contributed to the group achieving a lot within the 2 days.

Facilitator was great. He seemed to ‘read’ the room really well, and got people in the right frame of mind quickly. I was comfortable contributing openly, where as I would normally tend not to speak up in a workshop environment.

I thought the two days went really well in terms of achieving what wewanted, and everyone was well engaged throughout. We all had a lot of fun as well. On a personal note I have to say that while I am pretty jaded after many years of off-sites, I really enjoyed this one and got a great deal out of it. I appreciated your intelligent insights and your timing (you seem to know instinctively when people need to be re-energised through a change of pace and were able to reframe the activities as required). … and all this without any corny gimmicks! I enjoyed the “surprise session” on meditation as well – everything you said made sense. Would love to work with you again.

Todays session was punchy and highly engaged. It was interactive and well worth it. The timing allowed new thoughts to come quickly (Broadened ideas).

Frank, honest and thought provoking. Jeff has an easygoing personality that through conversation, opens your eyes to a greater potential. Time spent discussing potential growth with Jeff has been some of the most valuable time spent on ME to date.

I have been so grateful for your wisdom, insight, support and advice over the course of this year since I started in my job here. You have played an enormous role in maintaining my sanity, and as time passes, I realise more and more how much I am learning from you – especially when I hear myself say things to my staff that you have said to me! (This, of course, is the greatest compliment to you as mentor and a teacher.)

Thanks again for your time yesterday, it was a great session that I got alot out of. After more than 24 hours I’m still buzzing with enthusiasm and my mind is racing which is great.

I have benefitted significantly from Jeff’s coaching over my first year in an executive role managing a large division of a public sector organisation.
